Sunday Church School
Come and experience Good Shepherd’s Sunday School Program which begins in September and continues until the middle of May. We currently have classes for grades K through 12th grade. Every Sunday the students meet from 10:15 to 11:15 am, to learn Bible stories that connect with the readings they hear in worship. Lessons are filled with interactive and engaging activities that connect faith and everyday life.

The mission of our youth ministry program is:
To Grow their faith
To Serve God and others
To Love as Christ loves us
To Connect with friends
The Good Shepherd Lutheran Church youth ministry consists of programs starting in 6th grade and running through 12th grade. It is an opportunity for our youth to gather together to grow and share in their faith. We focus on building personal long-lasting relationships with one another and with Christ. We have a group of adult leaders who are committed to loving our youth while walking beside them as they navigate their faith journey.
We also schedule additional activities throughout the year. Those activities include:
Seasonal events (e.g. pool parties, hayrides, rope course)
Retreats
Overnight lock-ins
Dinner nights
Service Projects
Fundraising events
The highlight of our year is our summer mission trip. Our mission trips are life-changing experiences that help our youth to develop stronger bonds with the Lord and with each other. During this week-long event, our youth can put their faith into action by serving others in various community service opportunities. These are some of the most powerful experiences our youth have.

Vacation Bible School
“Let the little children come to me...”
Vacation Bible School is held every summer, usually during the third or fourth full week of June, Monday through Friday. Each session, children gather at Good Shepherd and learn about God, experience exciting bible adventures and grow in faith together.
