Help a needy family by providing food for a family of four.  Each family will receive several non-perishable items and a $25 GIANT gift card to be used to purchase a turkey and fresh foods.  Bring in your donation using a reusable bag you have, purchase one at the checkout or use the bag you bring your groceries home in. Some bags will be available for pick-up in October.
 
Suggested non-perishable items are:
                                  Stuffing mix
                                  Canned cranberry sauce
                                  Can of pumpkin
                                  Pie crust mix
                                  Fruit juice
                                 Gravy mix or canned gravy
                                 Evaporated milk
                                 Canned vegetables

Bring your bag of food to church by Sunday, November 12th.  All donations received will be distributed to families through our local school districts.
 
If you are unable to provide food but wish to give money for a gift card, please put your check for $25 (made out to Good Shepherd) in an envelope marked “Thanksgiving Dinner” and bring it to the church office or place in offering plate. Donations may also be made online.  Please check expiration dates on food items before donating them. 

DO NOT BUY GIFT CARDS. We will purchase the gift cards and put them in the bags.
