It's time to start thinking about Thanksgiving.  We are planning on doing our usual Thanksgiving bags to give to families in need. The list of suggested items  and all the information will be in the October newsletter. 

This year there will be a few changes: 1) The church is not supplying bags this year so please use a reusable bag you have at home, buy one at the checkout, or use the bag your groceries come in. 2) If you would like to include a check for a $25 gift card that we include in each bag please put it in an envelope with your donation. The check should be made out to Good Shepherd Lutheran Church.  3) All bags must be turned in to the church by Thursday, OCTOBER  29. It’s a little early, but we need extra time to make sure we can get gift cards and get the bags distributed.  

You may drop your bags off in the church office Monday through Thursday from 10am to 1pm.  Please do not leave any bags sitting outside the door of the church. Finally, you can find this information on the Events page of our Website.
