Prize Winning Meatloaf

3 lb ground beef 1/2 cup chopped onions
2 cups tomato juice. 2 tsp salt
1-1/2 cup oatmeal. 1/2 tsp pepper
2 eggs

Mix all ingredients together and form 2 loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min. to 1 hour until loaves are cooked through. Pour some tomato juice over the loaves to act as gravy.
