WE WILL BE SERVING AT CAST YOUR CARES SOUP KITCHEN on Saturday March 26. The menu features “prize winning” meatloaf, vegetables and brownies/cookies. Prize Winning Meatloaf
 

                                        3 lbs Ground Beef            1/2 c. onion, chopped
                                        2 c. tomato juice                  2 tsp. salt
                                        1 1/2 c oatmeal                 1/2 tsp pepper
                                        2 eggs 

 Mix all ingredients together and form 2 loaves.  Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min to 1 hour until loaves are cooked through.  Pour some tomato juice over the loaves to act as gravy.
