We gather for worship, study, and fellowship.

We go to witness to our faith, making disciples and serving others through Spirit-filled ministries.

Where is the church located?

We are at the corner of Street and Churchville Roads (877 Street Road) in Southampton, PA. Our location is convenient to major roads in Lower Bucks County.

When is the best time to speak with someone?

When are your worship services?


After Labor Day through mid-May

  • -- 8:30 a.m. Traditional worship, Holy Communion available on the first & third Sunday of the month; healing service on the 5th Sunday of the month
  • -- 11:00 a.m. Traditional worship, Holy Communion available on the second & fourth Sunday of the month; healing service on the 5th Sunday of the month

Mid-May through Labor Day

  • -- 9:30a.m. Traditional worship, Holy Communion available first through fourth Sundays


  • -- Ash Wednesday 4:00 & 7:30 p.m., Holy Communion
  • -- Lenten Wednesday evening worship at 7:15 p.m. preceded by Soup Suppers at 6:00. Ministry teams of the congregation serve their delicious soups, breads & desserts.
  • -- Maundy Thursday 4:00 & 7:30 p.m.
  • -- Good Friday 7:30 p.m.

Do you have a Sunday School?

Absolutely! Our Sunday School begins the Sunday after Labor Day and runs through mid-May. There are classes for children age 2 all the way up to Adult Education.

The Sunday School hour is from 9:45 -10:45 a.m., which is between the two morning worship services, allowing the young and the not-so-young to participate both in worship and in learning.

We also have a Vacation Bible School for a week in the summer for children age 3 through 6th grade and we have a Preschool for 2-4 year olds that has been operating since 1973.

What kind of activities do you have?

Good Shepherd is an extremely active church, both from within and reaching out. The opportunity to love, know, and serve Jesus can be fulfilled in myriad ways.

  • -- sing in a choir
  • -- serve coffee at coffee hour, a time of fellowship on Sunday mornings
  • -- be an usher or a greeter on Sunday morning
  • -- go on a hayride, go bowling, go roller skating, go to a baseball game-- we have many church-wide fellowship events
  • -- help care for the church's grounds by participating in an occasional "Garden Day"
  • -- dig deeper into the Bible by participating in one of the Bible Study group
  • -- cook a meal for "Aid for Friends"
  • -- help build our church float and participate in Southampton's Fourth of July parade
  • -- provide a Christmas gift for a Foster Child or a Thanksgiving Dinner for a needy family
  • -- help out at an inner-city soup kitchen or the neighborhood food pantry

The church provides a meeting place for over thirty community groups such as; Alcoholics Anonymous, Seeing Eye Puppy Club, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, Narcotics Anonymous, Merry Tones, Al-Anon, Pro-Act, and CODA.
